Proven analytical thinking, consultation skills, presentation skills, attention to detail, and exceptional organizational skills are musts in this role.nThe Strategic Project Manager also performs root cause analysis on small to medium size business problems by creatively synthesizing information from disparate sources to develop solutions.nUtilization of business modeling and competitive analysis techniques are used to acquire knowledge of agency (sales force), customers, and business capabilities to support the development of business solutions.nResponsibilities:n• Manage complex cross functional projects that consist of multiple workstreams and various resourcesn• Drive the execution of multiple business initiatives by identifying agency, customer and operational needsn• Build, develop, and maintain strategic, cross-functional stakeholder relationships by identifying and maintaining key partnerships across the companyn• Partner with team leadership to define and measure progress towards business goalsn• Provide consultation, critical thinking and thought-leader collaboration to effectively manage key programsn• Monitor activities and deliverables to track progress against the schedule, resolve risks/issues, manage changes, and successfully delivers quality project requirements on-time.nPreferred Qualifications:n• Proven track record of leading top priority programs with a high level of complexityn• Successful experience in working through barriers and delivering resultsn• Ability to proactively identify and meet customer and stakeholder needsn• Collaborate across all levels of leadership with strong change management and facilitation skillsn• Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into practicen• Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsn• Demonstrated aptitude towards high standards for quality and performancen• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a hands-on management stylenRequired Qualifications:n• 4+ years in education equivalent to graduation from college, preferably with a degree in business, marketing, operations management, or other related disciplinen• High attention to detail, ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneouslyn• Ability to use hard data and metrics to guide decision making and develop business cases. Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to othersn• Proven ability to understand, analyze, distill and communicate ambiguous issuesn• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
