This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Data ArchitectnJOB SUMMARYnTo provide technical vision and leadership for Data Architecture and Database Design; to evaluate and recommend solutions that support the overall data architecture vision; keep abreast of technology changes as they occur and modify the future directions as appropriate; to clearly communicate visions and solutions to both IT and Business Units; to assist DBA and applications staff in the implementation and use of best practices for database design and data architecture.nQUALIFICATIONSnBachelor’s degree from four-year college or university. Minimum seven years of experience in Information Technology or related field with a minimum three years of experience in a data architect role.n5-15 years of professional experience with demonstrated progressive responsibility in software development, deployment and related backend and configuration technologies.nMinimum three years of SQL experience. Multiple DB technology experience including SQL Server highly desired.nExtensive data modeling and design experience including the ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical personnel.nExperience designing and implementing an enterprise data warehousenExperience with managing data in a hybrid (cloud and on premises) enterprise environmentsnStrong SQL, ETL and tuning skillsnEEO EmployernApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
