Leads the efforts of designing and delivering organizational and leadership development effectiveness programs and other services, to enhance individual job and team performance. Lead and execute a wide range of strategic change interventions that positions our culture as an enabler of performance. Support organization and leadership development activities including; curriculum implementation, skills assessment, manager development, training delivery, and consultation that are linked to key business strategic initiatives.nResponsibilities:n• Oversee leadership development projects and initiatives that support the accomplishment of business and department goals.n• Conduct individual and organization performance analysis and recommend interventions to increase productivity.n• Proactively assess and consult with management and Human Resources on organizational and leadership core skills development issues.n• Ensure leadership development curriculum embodies the principles of a Dynamic Organization.n• Design, deliver, and manage key leader development strategy and programs at CLIENT internally through coordination of in-house assets or through outside vendors.n• Partner and lead with CLIENT leadership and leadership development professionals to enhance organizational transformation towards a Dynamic Organization.n• Support the development of leaders and high potential employees; including one-on-one coaching and collaborative design and delivery of leadership development programs, succession plans, and performance development strategies.n• Stay abreast of leading edge organization, leadership, and learning theories, applications, and tools.n• Partners and consults with leaders as they/to identify and resolve issues impacting ability to achieve successful execution and/or business results. Obtains and maintains a deep understanding of organizational needs.n• Identifies improvement opportunities and innovative approaches for the HR/OD function.n• Consults with leaders to analyze and design an organization with highly effective processes, structures, DO culture, management systems and technology.nRequirements:n• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred.n• At least 5 years progressive experience in successfully leading a high performing team.n• Experience in organization and leadership development roles preferred.n• Exceptional written, oral, facilitation, presentation and platform communication skills.n• Strong organizational, assessment, problem solving, decision-making and project management skills.n• Experience in learning and development with ability to create custom tailored programsnEEO EmployernApex is an Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
