The person in this position is responsible for helping fulfill interlibrary loan requests made by patrons statewide, assisting in managing the RL&LL; collection, and providing technical support to libraries.

A minimally qualified applicant must have experience with:
Using software applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel, or similar;
Providing customer service by telephone and email;
Managing two or more tasks and deadlines;
Performing research or item location in an integrated library or interlibrary loan system;
- Investigating and/or resolving data discrepancies, such as with interlibrary loan or reference requests.**
Well qualified candidates will also have experience: creating or editing bibliographic forms through cataloging; creating, editing and/or implementing general interlibrary loan policies and/or procedures; and, training co-workers on procedures.

Type of Employment: Full Time (40 hrs/week)
Salary: Starting salary will be $15.73 per hour ($32,718 per year). This position is in pay schedule 02, range 11. A one-year probationary period will be required.
