This job was posted by : For more information, please see: Job Description Provide technical software support and training to schools throughout Arizona. Supported systems are the Edupoint Synergy product suite including the base product, TeacherVue, ParentVue, AdminVue, and teacher gradebook. Additionaly, the department develops and maintains internally developed systems to provide support clients with additional functionality and support. Support users with all areas of the software, including student and staff records, attendance, grading, scheduling, test tracking, security, and state reporting.Troubleshoot issues and identify areas where training or software changes are needed to assist clients with time saving and/or better utilization of the software.Develop training and documentation materials, and provide onsite or web-based training for users on systems. Requires teaching and training experience.Extract data from systems for analysis and reporting. Strong data management skills, particularly skill with Excel, is required to ensure data integrity.In addition to user support, the position shares responsibility for testing software releases, new installations, maintenance and cyclical processes including new year setup, rollovers, grading processes, and other software administration functions.Work with vendors to develop solutions and creative workarounds to software bugs. On behalf of the user, prepare enhancement requests and bug reports. Track progress with vendor once submitted
