The Boeing Company Office Administrator in Huntsville, Alabama
Boeing Huntsville is seeking an office administrator to support the director of Missile System Operations & Huntsville Site and their team. The position is located in Huntsville, Alabama and will be part of a team that has responsibility for manufacturing, safety, and quality of all programs resident at the Huntsville site as well as other missile-related programs at other Boeing sites across the country.
• Plan and conduct administrative functions that enable the entire leadership team to conduct day-to-day business effectively and efficiently. • Prioritizes and manages calendars and virtual resource tools to maximize efficient use of time based on business priorities. Communicate and receive a wide variety of information to and from multiple audiences. • Coordinates internal logistics as well as travel, meetings, schedules and transportation between business sites for the program throughout the entire trip, and as business commitments dictate. • Coordinates and processes domestic and international travel arrangements, monitors designated business traveler's logistics, generates expense reports and assists in reconciling corporate credit card charges to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement and verifies payments to corporate credit cards. • Creates, edits and maintains electronic and written communication. Prepares reports, presentations and flow charts for recurring and emergent meetings for Huntsville site activities and production operations activities. • Tracks and maintains designated conference room schedules for availability and efficient use of resources. • Act as point of contact for scheduling tours throughout our factory area and ensuring resources are available to support all engagements that occur in manufacturing areas. • Orders and maintains office supplies

Required Qualifications: (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience coordinating and processing domestic and international travel arrangements, generating expense reports and reconciling corporate credit card charges
Experience in managing leadership schedules and calendars using Microsoft Outlook
Experience using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
Experience with creating, editing and maintaining electronic and written communication Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Be flexible, professional, and able to work with a diverse set of non-management, management and executive stakeholders
Have strong organizational and project management skills
Be able to support a scheduled start time of no later than 7:30am
Be able to perform data gathering and integration for leadership review and tracking performance to plan. Typical Education/Experience:
High school diploma or GED and typically 1 or more years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
