AssuredPartners Assistant Recruiting Manager in Lake Mary, Florida

Requires technology expertise to manage and maintain the established recruiting process within AP Recruitment and AP Onboarding. This position will support the creation, development and organizational maintenance of our job codes, job titles, and job descriptions. This position will act as a SME and training resource for day-to-day assistance for the field to help enable them to be able to hire their own people and will focus on the daily and future maintenance of the our AP Recruiting system.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage and maintain the established recruiting process within AP Recruitment and AP Onboarding.

Manage, upload, create, and update job codes and job descriptions for the entire company.

Responsible for creating all applicable communication and training for AP Recruitment, AP Onboard and the recruiting process of creating job codes and job descriptions.

Assist the Corporate HR Department with monthly reporting and compliance initiatives and continual FLSA audits throughout the company.

Responsible for AP Recruitment/Onboarding implementation and integration for newly acquired agencies.

Manage, maintain, troubleshoot and system functionality for AP Recruitment (iCIMS) and AP Onboarding (UltiPro).

Assist management with various Corporate Programs such as E-Verify, Background screening, etc.

AP Recruitment

• Add new job templates/audit the system integrated templates with job description, assessment selections, and screening questions.

• Add new users. Assign roles, region, GIS employee ID and if Onboarding Owner role, update with APW External ID for file integration with onboarding.

• Maintain Offer Letter Templates (iForms)

• Maintain New Hire Information Forms for IT, Licensing, and Office Manager communication.

• Maintain email templates.

• Audit Locations, Component Company and Job Codes that are pulled in from APW.

• Troubleshoot user issues within APR and with the export of data to APO.

• Provide Reports to Advanced Hiring Manager’s on open jobs and candidates per their request.

• Audit job postings to ensure positions are up to date.

• Create and provide training material and training sessions to users.

AP Onboarding

• Manage onboarding processes.

• Update documents per process by state that are displayed to employees.

• Maintain RCA’s by state, job title, and process.

• Maintain and update annual documents presented on the Helpful Document section.

• Add Criteria to documents including RCA’s when new job codes are added.

• Maintain E-Verify account and links to APO.

• Troubleshoot user issues including integration from APR, new hire welcome notifications, and E-Verify.

• Create and provide training material and training sessions to users.

Assist Corporate HR Dept and other HR Managers administratively on a variety of HR related issues and tasks.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or four years related experience and/or training in Human Resources, specifically recruitment and iCIMS; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have a strong knowledge and prior experience working with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) iCIMS, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Internet software; Payroll systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. Advanced level skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Word is highly desired.

Valid driver's license. Prefer SHRM- CP and Human Resources (PHR) designations.
