FRSS is seeking an experienced professional whose core responsibility will be to design, implement and coordinate the global operating model for Platform Service Delivery and BCBS/Part 30. This position will report to the Manila FRSS Data Services and Delivery head and will work to stabilize and upgrade processes, work with technology to ensure deliver of the capabilities. The role is a strategic position within FRSS Data Services and Delivery and will require significant partnership with FRI and other global teams and global process owners including Balance Sheet Substantiation, Treasury, Product Control, Technology, Chief Data Office and others.

The Finance Reporting Senior Group Manager will be a key leader in the FRSS organization. Key responsibilities are to manage teams to:

  • Partner with stakeholder and global DSD to define and implement the Service Delivery Operating Model

  • Lead and ensure compliance to global model and delivery by all areas with DSD

  • Lead the Manila based Platform Service Delivery and Queries and investigation

  • Implement Queries and Investigation operating model in accordance to SLA – Partner with technology to ensure delivery

  • Lead regional and support global data analysis activities required for BCBS/Part 30 Capabilities with an objective of identifying data quality requirements, related remediation

  • Support design and implementation of the data services operating model support required for each of the 13 Part 30 Capabilities

  • Support BCBS/Part30 Global Implementation

  • Ensure process Efficiencies and improved quality as per business case

  • Support the definition of Data Requirement, critical data elements (CDE) and data sourcing of required information assets to support BCBS, Part 30 chapter capabilities

  • Manage and escalate issues impacting the implementation

  • Manage and develop the group of resources that person will be leading

  • Status and metrics update to seniors in CSS, Finance and FRI


  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

  • 12+ years of experience in Financial Services Required

  • Experience in Citi’s Finance and Risk organization and processes that span the full spectrum of geographic, functional and business perspectives

  • Proven track record collaborating and building relationships and influencing across the organization

  • Outstanding analytical, strategic and problem solving skills coupled with strong Finance/ Risk and internal control skills

  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, able to build a broad base of support among key decision makers

  • Ability to identify and drive change by thinking “out of the box”

  • Strong and demonstrated execution skills

  • Significant knowledge of the operations of Citigroup

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables, excellent time management skills and prioritize appropriately
