Population Health Management Analytics Lead Solution Strategist
Cerner is looking to add a Population Health Management Analytics expert to join our Population Health organization! The Cerner Analytics team is responsible for designing and deploying a wide set analytic solutions and services to our clients. As a Lead Solution Strategist, you will determine the strategic direction, vision, and scope of capabilities for the Cerner Analytics solutions. This includes leading efforts to productize existing intellectual property (IP) and then further enhance Cerner’s solutions using internal expertise or market research and interaction with Cerner clients. You will actively participate in the Cerner’s solution strategy and collaborates with Cerner leadership to translate the strategy into defined capabilities, clear business requirements and technical specifications—and ensures that solutions built in compliance with requirements. You will also actively participate in all UAT to ensure successful solution build and deployment and works with the Population Health Management Analytics team on ongoing data-driven solution assessments.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
At least 5 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 7 years of solution design or product ownership work experience
At least 5 years of Tableau experience
At least 5 years of SQL experience
At least 7 years of health care information technology (HCIT) project management, sales or consulting work experience
At least 7 years of strong analytical skills—including solution analysis, operational performance assessment, clinical/financial/utilization outcomes, and ROI calculations work experience
At least 7 years of developing a wide variety of clinical solutions used by practitioners, hospitals, and health plans work experience
Willing to travel up to 20% as needed
Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
Must live in or be willing to relocate to Kansas City
