In addition to supervising and assigning tasks to workers and maintaining seamless functions in the warehouse.n***Position shift is Friday-Sunday, 5 am - 6:30 pm. You work 39 hours and are paid for 40 hours.***nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMESnLoading and unloading of freight and productsnOverseeing the handling of consignments and the supervising of the loading and unloading of the same.nMaintaining an account of the entire supplies, raw and packaging materials inventory in the warehouse.nEnsuring the proper labeling and tagging of goods and materials.nFollowing all necessary documentation and legal procedures for inbound and outbound.nAssigning work and functions to all warehouse workers and staff during his/her shift.nSupervising the functions and working of the warehouse workers when the supervisor is absent.nAdhering to the compliance of all legal, food safety, food quality and safety procedures of the company.nSupervising proper shift allocations and ensuring efficiency of shift warehouse staff when supervisor is absent.nOrganizing and conducting necessary training activities for his/her shift staff and workers.nReport to Supervisor any improper functioning of warehouse tools and equipment.nSupervising the proper and smooth functioning of all activities.nAssist in the shipping department when the Shipping Team Leader is absent.nSupervise the deliveries on supplies to the lines according to SOP'snOverseeing the proper loading, unloading and handling of goods and materials.nValidating the received materials and goods with the invoices to ascertain the precision of the goods delivered.nEnsuring the completion of all paper work relating to the received and loading of goods.nEnsuring the proper handling and stocking of goods, in compliance with warehousing and storage norms.nMonitoring the warehouse records and inventory and filing reports of discrepancies in quantities and damages to the supervisor.nCoordinate the transportation needs in Supervisor's absence.nCommunicate with the Cold Storage facilities to coordinate inbound finished product loads when the supervisor is absent.nCoordinating with suppliers regarding the shipments and delivery of orders.nKNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCEn3 years of experience in a food-processing, pharmaceutical or chemical manufacturing organization, preferably using computerized manufacturing equipmentnDemonstrated knowledge and application of qualifications in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environmentnWorking knowledge of FDA regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), HACCP, food allergens and pest controlnDemonstrated knowledge of efficient and safe manufacturing operations to include product and associate safety, OSHA standards, product quality (success rates), cost control (minimizing downtime and waste, optimizing yield)nDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsnDemonstrated mechanical and spatial aptitude, including the ability to disassemble and reassemble equipmentnRead, write and speak EnglishnBasic knowledge of SAP or similar softwarenGood teamwork and leadership skills.nAbility to effectively manage time and meet necessary targets.nKnowledge and capacity to efficiently delegate work.nAnalytical and operational skills and the ability o adapt in a fast pace work setting.nProficiency with the MS Office (WORD & EXCEL).nPrevious experience using Syspro and/or riteSCAN is a plus.nAssociate's or bachelor's degree preferred.nRich Products Corporation, its subsidiaries and affiliates ("Rich's"), are committed to a policy of Equal Employment Opportunity and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, national origin or ancestry, sex, age, physical or mental disability, veteran or military status, genetic information, sexual orientation, marital status or any other legally recognized protected basis under federal, state, or local law.
