Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM GBS is searching for a SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C) Functional Consultant to join our team. As a SAP Hybris C4C Functional Consultant, the candidate will be responsible for leading functional delivery, while assisting other team members. The candidate will work in a team environment or as a individual consultant on Hybris Cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) requirements, construction, enhancement, integration, or audit and review projects. The candidate will guide customers through cloud based CRM and SAP Hybris Technology. The candidate will focus on delivering functional specifications and configuration while providing Hybris C4C functional subject matter expertise on engagements ranging from short term IBM Consulting to full life cycle implementations.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise
At least 3 years of experience with Cloud for Customer (C4C)
At least 4 years of experience Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
At least 3 years of C4C integration experience with other SAP Hybris, ECC and non SAP systems using standard and customize services
At least 3 years of experience with C4C scoping and business configuration
At least 3 years of experience working with data tools in C4C to import and update data in C4C system
At least 3 years of knowledge of capabilities and limitations of the technical environments and ability to translate functional and requirements into feasible product adaptations.
At least 3 years of enhancing standard objects and developing custom objects in C4C with at least one full life cycle implementation
Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise
At least 4 years of experience with Cloud for Customer (C4C)
At least 5 years of experience Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
At least 4 years of C4C integration experience with other SAP Hybris, ECC and non SAP systems using standard and customize services
At least 4 years of experience with C4C scoping and business configuration
At least 4 years of experience working with data tools in C4C to import and update data in C4C system
At least 4 years of knowledge of capabilities and limitations of the technical environments and ability to translate functional and requirements into feasible product adaptations.
At least 4 years of enhancing standard objects and developing custom objects in C4C with at least one full life cycle implementation
