BAE Systems Program Manager in Quantico, Virginia
Program Manager (PM) who shall be responsible for all Contractor work performed under this SOW and who shall assume responsibility for the performance of all Task Order requirements. The PM shall possess both the ability and authority to "reach-back" into their corporate structure to leverage technical and personnel resources.
The PM shall be responsible for managing the Contractor workforce consistent with the workload priorities and assignments determined by respective FBI management, to include the COR, and group leads. The Contractor shall identify, in writing, to the CO/COR, the PM and the personnel who shall act in the absence of the PM. Information provided by the Contractor shall include the names, addresses, and phone numbers (to include emergency contact phone numbers) of the PM and the PM s alternate(s).
The PM shall provide leadership and support to accomplish all tasks and activities stated within this Task Order SOW and shall communicate directly to the Task Lead and COR.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Recent work experience as a senior-level or lead technical lead in a related position on a major program, project, or activity. Recent experience directing and supervising engineering and technical personnel on a major program, project, or activity. Prefer advanced management, executive development training, and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.Please see minimum education above for general experience requirement based upon level of education.
Bachelor s degree in one of the following areas: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer and Information Security, Computer Security, and/or Network Administration from an accredited university/college with eight (8) years experience;Master s Degree in Computer Science or related scientific/technical field with five (5) years experience; PhD in Computer Science or related discipline with two (2) years experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
