Position Responsibilities: • Execute end-to-end recruiting processes. Work within our Applicant Tracking System to create and publish requisitions, screen candidates, negotiate offers and coordinate a smooth on-boarding experience. • Represent the job requisition, related skills, hiring organization/program and compensation package to effectively pre-screen candidates, identify qualified pool and coordinate interview scheduling. • Understand and translate technical/functional hiring needs to ensure job descriptions, qualifications and requirements are effectively reflected in job postings. • Ensure adherence to industry best recruiting processes and procedure. Understand when to elevate opportunities to apply flexibility to meet the needs of business partners. • Proactively search external resume databases in a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) environment. • Maintain pipeline of pre-screened candidates and continued contact with hard to find skilled candidates to retain interest. • Provide proactive and consistent communication with business partners to drive the process, provide status and ensure successful hire within expected timeline. • Planning and supporting recruiting events. Conducting research on recruitment standards and monitoring new trends and opportunities. • Align all job requisitions as opportunities to enhance our commitment to diversity and inclusion. • Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and advance the reputation of our global brand.
Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience.
Required qualifications: • Bachelor's degree • 5 years in Full Life Cycle recruiting • 1 year working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes • 1 years working with Applicant Tracking Systems (i.e. Taleo, Kenexa)
Preferred Qualifications: • Workday or Taleo experience • 1 year building and implementing diversity recruiting strategies • Experience recruiting/sourcing for technical positions that require a security clearance • Experience recruiting in the aerospace and defense industry • Experience utilizing social networking tools for recruiting purposes • Experience working with OFCCP and EEOC compliance requirements • Willingness to work non-standard hours and travel domestically as needed
