Lead Field Recruiter
First point of contact for Field Recruiters in answering questions, resolving issues and providing training
Support Field Recruiters (existing and new) by building their knowledge base through training
Provide feedback to the Supervisor on performance related issues or concerns
Assist the management team in resource planning, coaching and development of Field Recruiters
Provide coverage as needed for Field Recruiter responsibilities in the event of absences or high peak periods.
Responsible for handling inbound recruitment line calls in a high volume call center environment
Handle day to day recruitment functions within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for a designated region, e.g., open requisitions, vendor job boards, applicant prescreening, pre-employment testing, applicant tracking, etc.
Collaborate with management team to effectively recruit for difficult to fill positions (strategy and tactics)
Professionally interact with team and customers while handling a wide array of complex responsibilities
Assist the management team and Field Recruiters with:
Job fair planning and implementation
Outreach (building relationships with schools, agencies and industry contacts within region)
Regular attendance is required.

High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background; Bachelor's Degree in Business or HR or certificates in HR a plus. SHRM certification preferred.
3 Years recruiting experience required
Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus required
Proven ability to motivate, inspire, build relationships and lead by example highly preferred
Additional relevant experience in Human Resources highly preferred
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, to include Excel, Word, Access and Outlook
Good judgement; knows when to escalate issues and when to try to resolve
Demonstrated ability to rapidly gain product knowledge and effectively communicate to others
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
Ability to prioritize workload with a high level of attention to detail
Must be willing to work overtime, including shift work, as business needs dictate
Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures and Code of Conduct
Must be able to interact well with others
Must be able to work independently, or in a team setting
Must be capable of working under tight time constraints in a high volume environment with multiple priorities
Responds well to questions; Ability to read, interpret and comply with written information and documents such as safety rules, operations / procedure manuals and maintenance instructions with a high comprehension and concentration level to include the ability to meet deadlines
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, random drug and/or alcohol tests, and will be subject to a criminal history background check
Must be authorized to work in the United States
