Ops Sup Sr Manager

Grade Level C13

US Retail Bank Core Operations seeks an engaged, multi-dimensional, and influential leader for the Strategic Initiatives team. This individual will lead a group of professionals working initiatives ranging from subject matter expertise on system entitlements to strategic vendor partnerships. The leader of this team will need to be able to interface with multiple lines of business and provide solutions leveraging lean re-engineering disciplines, be bold and curious about processes, deploy stable technology solutions and maintain strategic relationships while executing on key strategic initiatives within USRB Core Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal Strategic Initiatives team

  • Provide small project management support and play a key business partner role on strategic goals within USRB Core Ops

  • Provide vendor partnership / execution of managed services aligned to USRB Core Ops goals

  • Monitor and oversee all Lean and Small Automation efforts to ensure USRB financials targets are achieved.

  • Undergraduate degree

  • 5 years analytic and leadership experience

  • Understanding of Technology Development / Project lifecycles

  • Working knowledge of non-domestic resource deployment strategies

  • Working knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean and Agile would be preferred, but not required

  • Ability to garner support and secure buy-in across a wide range of stakeholders; ability to create a strong network of relationships among peers, internal partners, external constituencies and decision makers

  • Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, including proficiency with PowerPoint and other presentation formats
