Deliver member prescription as confirmed via triage, inpatient or outpatient diagnosis
Communicate with members on prescriptions needed based on prescription
Provide necessary equipment and supplies to support patient care (e.g., DMEs; Accu Cheks; testing strips; DM Shoes)
Address patient questions regarding clinical services/care (e.g., seek information from relevant
Integrity, Compassion, Relationships, Innovation, and Performance)
Be attentive and timely when responding to member inquiries
Be available to work on call shifts on an as needed basis
* Local Travel and Delivery Required*
High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
1+ year of customer service experience
Ability to create, copy, edit, send & save using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
Previous experience with high volume calls
Ability to work within the operating hours of the site with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over-time and/or weekends, as needed
Ability to work rotational on-call shifts
Clean driving record
Experience in the Pharmacy Industry
Professional experience in Clerical or Administrative work
Detailed oriented with good organizational skills
Good written and communication skills
