Key Responsibilities:

To handle customer inquiries, complaints, and solve the problem with prompt, accurate and courteous replies over the phone.

To provide general information relating to Card Product & Banking Product. Update Products & Services information.

To achieve the departmental goal and objective.

To be a voice of customer and raise to the related parties to solve.

To execute customer instructions of financial and non – financial transaction.

To handle the charges dispute inquiry and take the whole process to ensure the reply delivered with prompt accuracy.

To analyze and determine on Temporary credit line extension based on the customer profile and criteria definition.

To analyze and decipher system applications to perform customer data maintenance.

To identify selling opportunities to act upon it, or to pass to the appropriate parties to follow up.

To identify service inefficiencies and report to the Team Leader.

To meet the indicators and standards of Citiphone Banking set by management


Knowledge/Experience/Technical skills:

Basic MS office knowledge

1-2 years experienced in Contact Center

Good Thai and English communication skill

Typing skill is required.

Personal Skills:

Good interpersonal skill and work as a team.

Customer service oriented.

Be able to work in flexible schedule and to work under pressure.

Good problem solving.
